Captain Matt & his son Gio were great! We told him we wanted to catch Mahi Mahi, and even though it’s not the right time of year, he put us on them. We didn’t catch a ton, but we were able to catch exactly what we wanted. It was a fun trip! Just a heads up for anyone that gets motion sickness: the waves in the North Shore are no joke!! Take some Dramamine or use sea sick patches.

  Matt was a great guy. He really worked hard all day for us to get on fish. He obviously really knows his trade. It just wasn’t our day that day. But even though we did not catch, I would definitely book again with Matt.

Had a great time catching a few fish and getting out on the boat with Captain Matt. Definitely recommend to others out there looking for a nice private charter with a good captain.

Beautiful morning on the North Shore. Matt was very knowledgeable, punctual, and patient as the two of us are very beginner level anglers. Transparent about his expectations and boat rules from the start. Called the day before to be on the same page. Great jams played all day! He even did an extra hour with us. Would charter with him again :)
