We were quite disappointed with the captain   He had to be told after almost 2 hours of trolling along the coast that we were in totally green water and had to ask him to go offshore into blue water where we caught a few small yellow fin   Then we encouraged him to look for marlin or Dorado but he did nothing but sit on the bridge with the deckhand and they chatted for hours while trolling.  The captain had zero personality and very little interest in actually finding fish I... Weather was rough no fish all day.

It wasn’t the same boat. Not even close. Afraid we wouldnt be able to book another or we would have left. The exhaust was bad and came out of the cabin. Not even the same captain. The crew were nice and tried to put us on the fish. Hate being lie to though. Save your self the trouble and just walk to the dock and see the boat you will be on….

Honestly, the crew was nice enough but the actual experience was so subpar. We were a group of 5 and only 2 of us actually ever touched a fishing pole (20 minutes each). We didnt get as much as one nibble and the crew didnt seem to know what they were doing as no other boats were around. The listing states open bar. What that means is we were given 12 beers. That’s what open bar means. 5 people, 12 beers, no fish.
