Happy to report the Chinook Salmon fishing is still very strong here in Sooke. All our boats and were reporting guests hooking up this morning on and action packed bite windows with some September Slab fights and early morning screaming reels . We love seeing it and love that sound! Nice work out there guys.

Our guests had a great afternoon fishing yesterday with a number of coho and chinook salmon and yellowtail landed and retained, including this 24lb Chinook that was also a first salmon ever!

THEY DO EXIST!!!! Captain Cam put his guests on a fish of a lifetime yesterday! This chinook Salmon weighed in at just under 40lbs and was carefully released. A record tyee for the season and a fish of a lifetime for our guest. Congrats!

Halibut Limits! Captain Cam got our guests on their limit of halibut this past trip and had them back to the dock with their fish, before lunch!

Chinook Salmon in a Storm! Just before the thunder snd lightning rolled in the bite wasnon we hooked some big Chinook and coho and then ran back ahead of the storm.

They Wouldnt Stop Biting!! It was absolute coho salmon madness with nonstop action,, double headers, tail-walkers, and this family nailed it! Despite some uncomfortable sea conditins , they battled through it and earned an incredible morning of fishing, when it all cane together. and it all came together. Nice work guys!!! Well earned...
