Go early and brig sunscreen, hat and glasses. Mike had plenty of water and bait. Bring a camera too, you’d be surprised at all the stuff you see in addition to the fishing. For kids seeing dolphins, a manta ray, Space X boosters etc could be even more memorable than catching fish.

Extremely HOT. Bring lots of water, cover, and sunscreen. Water temp was high making fish sluggish. Spring fishing may be a more active experience. We still caught fish though.
