Ask your guide about what to expect, what you need to bring, what is biting etc. We took our children and told the guide we just wanted to be busy catching fish, he kept us on them and we were actually kinda wearing out at the end. 6 hours was perfect.

Be prepared to catch something- Sailfish are fin here but they are catch and release here nobody really uses a smoke house to harvest a sailfish in Key west. yellowtail are delicious off the reef!
