Our afternoon fishing trip on July 16th kicked off at 2:30 PM, and from the moment we hit the water, it was all about the mahi mahi. The bite was hot — constant action throughout the entire 4-hour charter. We were trolling with live bait and ballyhoo, which turned out to be the perfect setup. The ocean was calm, and the conditions ideal for spotting floating debris and weed lines, which always bring the fish. Every pass brought in more dorado — beautiful, vibrant mahi mahi that gave our guests plenty of excitement and full coolers. This has been the trend for several days now. It’s mahi mahi mayhem out there, and we don’t see it slowing down anytime soon.
