Fishing Report January 14th 12:30 PM 4 hour private charter with a wonderful couple visiting from France. We had an amazing sunny afternoon with calm winds and a flat ocean which made for very comfortable fishing conditions. We began the trip trolling along the area and it paid off with a nice bonito to start the action. After that we decided to switch it up and move into jigging to target stronger reef and deep water species. The change worked perfectly and we hooked into a powerful amberjack. We used a mix of live bait and artificial lures throughout the charter and both helped keep the bites coming. Great energy on board and a fun, productive day on the water.

On January 13, we headed out for a 6-hour fishing charter with a 12:30 PM departure. The sea was a bit choppy, but overall the conditions were still comfortable enough to fish. We started the day trolling to cover ground and look for action, but after a while with no bites we adjusted the plan and switched over to jigging. Since it’s amberjack season right now, we focused on the right depths and structure, and it paid off with an absolute trophy, a huge amberjack. Great teamwork on board and a solid result for the day.

On Sunday, January 4, a father-and-son team headed out for a 4-hour fishing tour departing at 12:30, enjoying perfect conditions from start to finish. The ocean was flat and beautiful, and the sunny weather made for an ideal afternoon on the water. The anglers mixed trolling and jigging, fishing with both artificial lures and live bait to maximize their chances. The approach paid off with the successful catch of a powerful amberjack along with several bonito, keeping the action steady and exciting. With calm seas and clear skies, the conditions couldn’t have been better. It was not only a productive trip but also a memorable experience, sharing quality time on the water and making lasting memories together. A great day offshore with excellent weather, good fish, and even better company.
