Trip Summary

Being patient in late summer is key. Lots of sun and heat push fish deeper and have them waiting to eat during prime feeding windows. After sunset the topwater bite has been solid. Finding large schools of bait helps. Pike were successfully targeted today, but slashed lines like they like to do.
