Our guest angler noticed a cool difference: the Almaco Jacks (Hojarán) here might be a bit more compact than their Florida cousins, but pound for pound, they still put up one heck of a fight! To top off the morning, we landed three beautiful Yellowfin Snappers. These are pure gold for the kitchen—fresh, delicious, and ready for a world-class recipe tonight.
