Last week we experienced some great bass fishing all on artificial baits catching numbers of bass from 2 to 5lbs. This week we had a March cold front come through and dropped the water temps from upper 70s back down to the lower 60s and we fished 20mph North winds that made the bite very tough. Hopefully this is our last cold front of the year. This weekend the weather forecastis is showing a turn around and the weather warming back up with the water temps in turn the bite should turn back on and bring more big bass back up shallow!

Lake Okeechobee is firing off with numbers and size! Customers are catching em on topwater swimjigs swimming worms hollowbody frogs rattletraps and flippin the grass. Should be some of the best fishing we’ll see in the next couple months with the warmer weather.

The weather and water temps are warming up and the bass fishing has picked up! This past week there was plenty of bass caught on artificial baits from 2 to 7lbs. The water level is coming down and the fish are up shallow which makes for some fun fishing. The weather forecast for the next week is showing more warm weather and should keep the bass biting!
