Trip Summary

Fished the hi incoming tide through the change (not normally the best tide but it sure worked this morning). We fished the deep end of a couple of docks downtown St. Augustine so it was so it was scenic as well as fast action on the trout and the bluefish ( which we released). Great trip and a lot of fun. Trolling bite has been slow the last couple days (except for sharks) so we decided to give the bottom fish a go. Turned out well with 14 keeper verms, 7-8 short ones and some throw back red snapper (season closed). Lost a few nice verms to the ‘cuda’s and sharks too. Not a bad 4 hr trip at all.
