Trip Summary
There is no greater professional pride than welcoming a fellow chárter captain from Florida onto our deck. Having a peer on board is always a welcome challenge that pushes our crew to deliver the absolute highest standard of service. Once again, the ocean and our strategy proved that you don’t need a full day to achieve legendary results—our 5-hour morning run was an absolute triumph.
We headed out approximately 18 miles from the coast, locking into a precise blue current that held all the elements we were tracking. The action started almost immediately with a beautiful double hook-up on hard-fighting Yellowfin Tuna. Just ten minutes after resetting our lines, a magnificent Sailfish crashed the spread, putting on an incredible show. By midday, our mission was deeply accomplished: five premium Yellowfin Tunas secured for the kitchen, one spectacular Sailfish successfully released, and a Rainbow Runner to round out an exceptional shore-to-table feast. When a Florida captain leaves your boat impressed, you know you're doing things right!
