Trip Summary

Captain Chris fished high tide and outgoing during transitional weather. No wind meant no drift and no bite, but 20 minutes later, we had some rain drops and windgusts up to 15 mph. That was too much, so the captain found a spot where the drift slowed. Within 5 minutes an 18.5” flounder was netted. Five minutes later, a 17.5” flounder was placed in the box. As other boats moved in, Capt. Chris found another spot where several throwbacks were boated and a few misses. Most fish were in less than 8’ of water. A lot of action in a two hour trip. Dinner caught.
