Trip Summary

The crappie fishing has been GREAT the last 2 weeks. Limits of 40-60 crappie are being caught on a daily basis on a 4 hour trip. If you want to catch a big limit of slab crappie for the freezer, now is the best time of the entire year. Weather is warming up and the crappie are biting, so now's the time to schedule your trip before the lake gets too crowded.

We absolutely hammered the Catfish on Lake Norman today. We caught over 250 lbs+ of Catfish in a 4 hour Trip. We had numerous Blue Cats over 20 lbs but the Big fish of the day was a Massive 41.5 lb Flathead. In addition to catching all these Blues and flat-heads, we also caught 9 very nice Channel Cats in the 3-8 lb range. All the fish were photographed and released to fight again another day.
