Trip Summary

We had an awesome day of Cat fishing on Lake Wylie. I had the honor of taking my high school VP and fellow cancer survivor fishing this week and he put the hammer down on some very nice Arkansas Blue Catfish with several "doubles" throughout the trip. All fish were released to fight again another day. The Big Cats are biting so now is the time to schedule your spring Cat Fishing Trip before the last few open dates get booked up.

We absolutely hammered the Catfish on Lake Norman today. We caught over 250 lbs+ of Catfish in a 4 hour Trip. We had numerous Blue Cats over 20 lbs but the Big fish of the day was a Massive 41.5 lb Flathead. In addition to catching all these Blues and flat-heads, we also caught 9 very nice Channel Cats in the 3-8 lb range. All the fish were photographed and released to fight again another day.
