Redfish activity is heating up as water temperatures rise with spring settling in. The backwater creeks, grass flats, and deeper channels near the Intracoastal are producing consistent action. Slot-sized redfish (18-27 inches) are abundant, while a few oversized bulls have been spotted near the jetties and deeper cuts. Live shrimp, mud minnows, and cut mullet have been working well, while artificials like paddle tails and jerkbaits in natural colors are drawing solid strikes.
