We started out catching some nice Slab crappie trolling but we also wrangled up 6 nice catfish on crappie jigs. One of the catfish was a 25 lber my customer landed on #6 test line and a 9 ft crappie rod after a 30 minute tug of war and wills. Ended the day with 25 crappie, 35 big white perch and 6 catfish on a 6 hour trip. Just never know what you might catch on a morning onffishing on Lake Wylie in the spring.
