Trip Summary

The morning bite started out a little slower than normal but as soon as the sun popped out, we started putting some nice catfish in the boat. Ended the trip with a bunch of very nice 10-25 lb Blue catfish for the morning, with multiple "double hook-ups". All the fish were released to fight again another day.

We absolutely hammered the Catfish on Lake Norman today. We caught over 250 lbs+ of Catfish in a 4 hour Trip. We had numerous Blue Cats over 20 lbs but the Big fish of the day was a Massive 41.5 lb Flathead. In addition to catching all these Blues and flat-heads, we also caught 9 very nice Channel Cats in the 3-8 lb range. All the fish were photographed and released to fight again another day.
