Trip Summary
In our latest fishing update, we’re thrilled to share that the mullet have started moving in, with a mix of smaller schools and some larger groups in the six to eight-inch range. On the nearshore wrecks, we’ve had some exciting catches, including sharks, stingrays, flounder, and black sea bass, among other species. The inshore and nearshore red drum bite has been absolutely on fire, and if you hit the right spots at the perfect tide, you’re pretty much guaranteed a great catch. While the Spanish mackerel bite is out there, it’s not quite as strong as in previous years for this time in June. Offshore, we’re seeing mahi in the 40 to 50 mile range, and wahoo are also making an appearance.
