We sailed out to Seal Island with Shaun and Kyle on the Katvis to catch Yellowtail. And boy did we catch yellowtail, 34 in total! Even the crew were excited about our luck. The Yellowtail started biting immediately after the lines went out. We basically spent the entire morning pulling out one beautiful fish after another. The crew knew their equipment well and were able to constantly track the fish as they moved around. We were also able to take in the bustling wildlife of seals, dolphins and even a whale, truly amazing. Just make sure to have your permit and indemnity form ready ahead of time and you will be in for an experience.

We spent a fantastic moment with Byron, Scott and Monique. Byron is a great professional, focused on targeting fishes (we caught 6 bonitos) but also allowing us to spot other ocean wildlife like whales, dolphins, seals and penguins! Scott is very gifted as deckmate. My daughters and I came back with plenty of memories from that trip!

What a great Trip! Cptn Shaun an his deckmate did an excellent job. The sea was rough a few miles out from the cape, but we felt safe all the time. Epic catch of skippy and yellowfin. Highly recommended!
