We booked a 3 hr inshore charter with Capt. Matt out of Marco Island/Goodland area, and it was one of the best fishing trips we’ve had in Southwest Florida. Capt Matthew was an awesome guide, baited our hooks fixed our lines and put us on some fish, really can’t ask for much more than that. All around great experience if you’re looking for a reasonably priced guide with a good attitude. He was very knowledgeable of the water and had waters on board as well. Would definitely recommend and book again.

I had a great time with Captain Matt. He is friendly, conscientious, easy going, and works hard to find the fish. It was a beautiful day to fish with calm waters. Here is a list of different species of fish we caught…flounder, puffer fish, ladyfish, snapper, sheepshead, sting ray and sea trout. That’s quite an array! Matt has lived in Goodland all his life and knows the surrounding waters well. I highly recommend that you choose Matt as a guide for a fun fishing trip.
