Had an absolute blast. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they made the trip easy and fun. We started morning off bottom fishing and caught tons of red snapper in under an hour. They fixed us up probably the best meal of the trip with amazing ceviche! They surprised us with a little bottle of bubbly to celebrate too! We were blessed with excellent weather and calm seas, but the best part was our amazing, friendly, bilingual crew, led by captain Baltha and first mate Willie, who know the waters around Playa del Carmen so well. Not only did we catch some beautiful Mahi Mahi and Tuna, we swam in the warm waters of a secluded beach and the best part was the restaurant where we docked, which cooked our catch to perfection. Absolutely amazing fishing trip! Lucio and Leo were outstanding guides—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made sure we were comfortable, having fun, and constantly on fish. In just a 4-hour trip we caught around 45 fish, which far exceeded our expectations.
