Capt. Ryan was great. he was knowledgeable on good spots. Our group had a great time and the kids loved reeling in the sharks. I will recommend him to anyone looking for some good fishing. It is perfect for all ages and all skill levels. The only thing i would do different next time is book a longer charter.

Ryan had a great setup and was knowledgeable about everything. This was my son and my first salt water fishing trip. Unfortunately, it was very windy and a little cold, which meant the fish just weren’t biting. We pulled a few small fish in, but nothing that was enough to keep. Ryan still did everything he could and made sure that it was a great trip! I would recommend him to anyone!

This was our first trip with Captain Ryan and he certainly delivered in every way! My friend and I are lifelisters, we track different species caught, and Ryan went out of his way to get us as many new species as possible AND enough fish for a tasty fish dinner afterwards, with a recommendation to a great “cook your catch” spot close by. Took our first fishing charter in Clearwater after 20 years of visiting the area.  We should have booked with Edgewater Charters much sooner!  Capt Ryan is an experienced fisherman and charter captain who helped us succeed in catching sea trout, grunt, mackerel, ladyfish, jack and a huge nurse shark.  He was kind, patient, funny and knowledgeable.  He also helped us discover the other local wildlife….we saw manatees, stingrays and dolphins!  We plan to book another trip with Captain Ryan...
