We re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience.
We would like to clarify a few points. The toilet was clean before departure, and once our crew noticed it needed attention, it was cleaned straight away. The person lying on the bags was not a staff member, but another customer, and we were not aware at the time that they were lying on your belongings. Also, we do not provide vomit bags on board, at the safety breifing customers are advised if they get seasick and feel like they will vomit to do it directly over the side of the boat.
We will take the points you mentioned on board and continue to improve our service. Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
