I took my two boys (11 & 12) fishing with Jesse for a half-day trip on June 17. Jesse was ready ahead of time and met us at the boat ramp at Lake Calaveras. My son and I are here on holiday (from Germany). We went out on the “Scale Chaser” with Captain Jesse. We enjoyed it very much. Jesse is very knowledgeable and very relaxed and friendly. We landed three “Red Drum” fish. Jesse cleaned the fish for us and about 2 hours later they were on our plate. They tasted truly delicious. Jesse was a great captain. He took us to different areas. Even extended the trip a few more minutes until we were able to catch our last fish. My kids were really happy. For around two years my daughter wanted to catch, cook and eat a fish, and finally she accomplished her goal. Next time in San Antonio we will call him again, for sure. Be sure it would be a great experience!

Great experience. Captain communicated to reschedule our trip due to inclement weather and was able to accommodate our booking the following day which was appreciated. He worked hard to put us on the fish, and we had some great catches. I would definitely use his services in the future.
