We fished about a half a day offshore. Had a great time. We caught fish. Eric was really knowledgeable and his mate was knowledgeable also. We will definitely be going back again with him. He put us on the fish. It was rough but nothing the captain couldn’t handle. He did a great job. We came back in early because of a few in our crew was sick. He made a decision to come in to take care of them. He compensated us for the time lost of fishing. I highly recommend him and his crew. They are down to earth and great people. Can’t wait to go back again. Thanks again for everything!!!

We went out with Eric and Sean this past weekend for a bachelor party, and I can honestly say, it was an unforgettable experience.

The first 4 hours were slow with no bites, and morale was dropping… but Eric didn’t give up. He used his deep knowledge of the area and kept moving us around until he took us farther out, and boom. We hooked 12 fish in the second half of the trip!

Eric’s passion and hype every time we caught something made the trip even better. He was determined to get us on the fish, and it paid off.

Sean, his 17-year-old first mate, was an absolute machine. He was on top of everything, hooking bait, reeling lines, resetting gear. The guy didn’t stop moving and kept things running smoothly the entire time.

You can tell both Eric and Sean genuinely love what they do, and that makes all the difference. When we go again, there’s no doubt we’ll be booking with them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just a boat ride, these guys deliver the real deal.

I booked this trip for my son and myself with no charter experience…..we were not disappointed!  Captain Eric and Squid took great care of us!  We had a great morning trip! We caught Spanish Mackerel and Blue Fish, saw wild horses on the beach, some parasailers, and learned SO MUCH about ocean fishing! I highly recommend this crew….they were very personable and really made sure our time was fun and comfortable 💜
