Knowing that this fishing trip became the highlight of your son’s two-week visit to Playa del Carmen means more to us than any number of stars could ever express. This is exactly why we love what we do. We don’t simply want to take people fishing — we want families to leave with a story and a memory they will carry with them for many years.
From the very beginning, we try to make everything easy: clear communication, directions, what to bring, cold drinks and water waiting on ice, and all the fishing equipment prepared before our guests arrive. Thank you for noticing those little details. They may seem small, but to us they are an important part of taking care of our guests.
Your words about Captain Isaias and the crew working together “like a well-oiled machine” made us especially proud. We spend countless days together on this beautiful Caribbean Sea, and teamwork, experience, safety, and taking care of our guests are at the heart of everything we do.
And what a day the ocean gave us! Four beautiful mahi-mahi, followed by snorkeling over our living coral reef, seeing the colorful tropical fish, a sea turtle and a stingray — those are the moments that make Playa del Carmen so special. We are also very happy that our crew was able to snorkel alongside you and point out some of the marine life. We never want snorkeling to feel like simply jumping into the water; we want our guests to truly experience and appreciate what lives beneath our Caribbean Sea.
We also loved reading how you enjoyed the beautiful coastline, went back to fishing afterward, and then finished the adventure at the restaurant with your fresh catch — half prepared with garlic and half fried! There are few better ways to finish a fishing day than enjoying the fish you caught yourself, sitting by the sea, sharing fishing stories and watching the colors of a Caribbean sunset. 🌅🎣
But the sentence that means the most to us is that this was the best tour you took your son on and that it was worth every dollar. As a captain, those words stay in my heart. Fish are never guaranteed — every day on the ocean is different — but our effort, hospitality, honesty and desire to give our guests the best experience possible will always be guaranteed.
