We had an incredible time on our fishing trip with Captain Brian! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure my kids had an amazing experience from start to finish. He worked hard to get us on the fish and was patient and encouraging the entire trip. My son caught four fish, my other son landed one, and while my daughter and I got skunked, we still had an absolute blast. Captain Brian kept the atmosphere fun and made the trip memorable for everyone. If you’re looking for a great day on the water with family, I highly recommend booking a trip with Captain Brian. We booked a 2-hour charter with Captain Brian to give our 9 and 7-year-olds a fun fishing experience, and he absolutely blew our expectations out of the water! Brian was incredible with the kids from start to finish. He helped them with everything, from baiting their hooks to patiently teaching them exactly when and how to pull back on a bite to hook the fish. He was incredibly personable, kept us all comfortable the entire trip, and made sure the kids were engaged and having a blast the whole time. If you are looking for a captain who is fantastic with families and knows how to put you on the fish, book with Brian. We will definitely book with him again the next time we visit the area!
Captain Brian F. was the man!! I took this trip with my wife and 2 boys(7& 10)- all novice at fishing- we did a 4hr trip, from 8am-12pm. From the start, filling us in on everything and offering a hand/advice wherever needed. Made the trip a lot of fun. Lots of biting & caught a bunch of fish, including a HUGE Grouper caught at the end, what a fight!!- unfortunately, had to throw it back in as it was out of season. we did notmake any catches big enough to keep, but it still made for a lot fun and great memories. I would HIGHLY recommend and would most definitely take another trip!!

Our charter had us catching multiple types of fish while our captain stole the show with his singing and dancing. Every time someone reeled in a fish, he launched into another showstopper, and we couldn’t help but join in—flailing around like we were auditioning for a fishy Broadway! With stunning views, plenty of laughs, and a captain who could outshine any karaoke star, this trip was a total blast. Five stars for fantastic fishing and fabulous fun!
Captain knows where to find the fish and how to catch them. We had a fun day on the water! Captain and his mate were patient with not such experienced fishermen in us and ensured we had bait, casting in the right spots, and gave some extra attention to my son who is slightly disabled. Thank you guys and I highly recommend chartering with Captain Brian and Sarasota Sport Fishing especially if you want to catch some serious fish!
