Justin was a pleasant surprise for a young charter captain. Contacted me the night before to plan the charter for the next day. Captain Ryan was awesome!  He made sure we caught tarpons & mutton snappers‼️. Tarpon fishing was in out bucket list to do✅. We were in Key West for my wife’s birthday. When I asked her what she wanted to do, she chose a fishing trip.
