Mike is very friendly & well prepared. Some cold fronts that have passed through made the fish less cooperative. Mike’s knowledge of Lake Ozark & his skillful use of sonar etc. allowed us to catch fish and make the day fun. In particular, I appreciated Mike balancing the need we had for coaching with his making our trip and our level of success a team effort. We used a variety of tackle and strategies. Mike filleted our catch. We had a great fish fry for supper.

Planned a guys fishing trip with Captain Mike and we brought home easily 40lbs of fish in 5 full gallon bags. From start to finish Captain Mike is a pro who just wants to make sure you have the best experience while keeping you safe. Fished with Mike for a buddy’s bachelor party. Mike was super flexible on the rain. When we caught the good weather window Mike put us on a lot of fish. We caught 3 catfish that were too big to keep which is a nice problem to have. We had a great time and Mike taught us a lot. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to catch some fish.
