We booked a trip with Captain Jake for our son’s 6th birthday as total beginners. Captain Jake was a fantastic teacher and had us oriented to the rods in no time. Me and my son did the 4hr trip and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made. Captain Jake was so helpful, and knowledgeable.  He was having as much fun as we were.  He made us feel so comfortable on that boat. Knowing we weren’t pros, it didn’t matter. He gave us pointers all day long.
