Captain Jake was thoroughly knowledgeable and experienced in every aspect of fishing. We booked a trip with Captain Jake for our son’s 6th birthday as total beginners. Captain Jake was a fantastic teacher and had us oriented to the rods in no time. Our little guy caught a fish in his first five minutes! It was a fun day on the water catching a bunch of different types. Jake did a great job!  he got to our first stop quickly and got us on the fish almost immediately. Lots of clear instruction and education about where the fish would be and how to catch them. He had multiple stops planned for our day and we never felt like our time was being wasted. Will absolutely recommend him to anybody coming to this area.

Me and my son did the 4hr trip and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made. Captain Jake was so helpful, and knowledgeable.  He was having as much fun as we were.  He made us feel so comfortable on that boat. Knowing we weren’t pros, it didn’t matter. He gave us pointers all day long. We caught a ton of fish.  It was honestly just a great day.  If you are looking to fish with literally not having to worry about anything, Captain Jake is a great choice.
