Doesn’t hurt to ask questions either. I explained exactly what we’re doing , how to use the fighting chair when it happened,  what we were looking for , made lure adjustments, looking in the binoculars for birds . We were moving all day. That’s trolling. Just takes a second to change and unfortunately there’s nothing you can do to change that. Sorry you didn’t have a good experience.

It was 6 foot with occasional 7-8’ . You were told it was going to be rough the night before when I accommodated your last minute decision to go after Mahi Mahi that you wanted so bad .  After bringing in your sick friend , YOU decided to go back out minus 1. The crew asked you several times if it was alright abd suggested going back into the inside ledge where it would be calmer and try your luck there, but no, YOU wanted to keep pressing on towards the outside buoy for Mahi. Finally you made it a short day abd had them take you back . At 10:30, 4 and half hours after start time you called complaining about having to pay the balance of 874.80. I tried to explain how I saw it, but you weren’t having it. So, I asked you what you thought was fair , you said $500.00 and I said ok and you paid . You tipped the crew 20% off the discounted amount. The crew went back out when you left to fish for fun abd caught 9-10-15# skipjack tuna and 2 big 30# Mahi Mahi. 🤙

Think your rating the wrong tour you did. Your son in law, who the trip was for said he had a awesome time after catching 2 big Mahi Mahi, had one mounted and tipped us well!
