We caught 3 Marlin between 7 and 9 feet, would have been a fourth but another boat cut our line !! Also caught a Mahi mahi about 15 lbs, 40 lb yellow tail and a bunch of skipjack … unbelievable:) Raymond and Joe were super as they helped show us the techniques required to haul these fish. Fight times were up to 30 minutes which was a blast!! This is 100 percent worth the money.

This is the best fishing crew and trip we’ve ever been on…and we’ve fished Cabo many times.  The captain and Joel were incredibly skilled and knowledgeable about the hot spots and ensured every fish was perfectly landed in the boat.  We caught a 9ft Striped Marlin, 6 Mahi Mahi, 1 Wahoo, 1 Blue Shark and a handful of Bonito!  The boat was spotless and the experience was world class!

Captain Ishmael was awesome!  He took us out and found Maui Maui for us.  He was very pleasant to talk to and handled the boat perfectly.  Now we can talk about the deck hand Antonio!  He was one of the best I’ve ever been around and I’ve been around alot of deck hands.  Antonio treated us with respect and he was VERY easy going.  Thank God I did my research and booked with the Blue Tail boats.  You should take the time to research this company and book a trip.  I also should mention they’re very affordable with their prices.

Fish with Cabo sportfishing crew blue tail on April/17 2024 Cobo trip was excellent caught my first Marlin and four other fish. Would highly recommended Captain Juan and his crews and definitely do it again.

With a party of four we had a fantastic fishing experience. Captain & Joel were professional and good company throughout. Their experience and desire to ensure we had a great time was obvious. However, communication with the business office prior to the trip was very frustrating.  The Fishing Booker app they rely so heavily upon never worked resulting in numerous repetitive requests for our names, ages. They rely solely on the app to communicate.
