Missing half a star there Shelly! Not often we have someone leave a review that wasn’t on the trip. How could you really know how our service is when you weren’t on the boat or never even spoke with us? Did the guys say they weren’t satisfied somehow? I provide five star service for every charter and your family’s group was no exception. Anyone that doesn’t agree doesn’t understand what a five star fishing charter experience is. Steve and the guys wanted to try to fish with me on a day I told them would be tough fishing and like I expected we did more fishing than catching. Is that the reason for the 4.5 stars? Anyway thanks for your input but not very accurate!

Well if I could apologize for the bad weather I would! We didn’t have a bad trip. There was only one guy complaining about the catching and said he wasn’t a sport fisherman. I explained to him catching could be better if we could make it back out to the rocks. We couldn’t not because of the rain but because of the chance of lightning in the area still and winds gusting 20mph and seas now 3 ft so wasn’t safe. Catching fish is not my main obligation on days with turbulent weather, keeping your guys safe is. I mentioned trying again with us one day when the winds aren’t 15 to 20 and we’re not dodging storms and we’ll go get em. Three of the four guys in the group understood. I’ve provided service in Galveston longer than some guides here professionally for eight yrs. There is a cover on our boat for shade and rain but it doesn’t cover the entire boat on our boat or any other center console boat. Thank you!
