My wife and myself have been fishing with Raf for 10 years and continue to come back!  We started the day by doing some trolling and landed several snook.  We then went on to land the tarpon who are one of the smarted fish to land.  The tarpon were being very selective on the bite but Raf kept cutting up chum and throwing it around the bait.  It was slow for a little while and then landed 4 bites on some great fish.  The first one went airborne and spit the hook.  The next two we got on the boat and last was a beast and wrapped around the anchor to snap the line.  What an incredible day!  Thanks again for another great trip Raf!

Booked a fishing charter and thats exactly what we did…we fished. Oh and we caught fish too. Capt. had us on fish all day but they were very finicky on what they wanted. Missed several due to being overanxious and had several spit the hooks after some great aerial shows. Boated one fish but again we came to fish and catching was a bonus.

Captain was more than accommodating, very easy going and the trip was amazing! Me and my girlfriend went out, had tons of hits and landed 4 beautiful tarpon on a half day trip! Book this charter folks!

Our fishing experience with Captain Rafa exceeded all our expectations. Even though the fish were being stubborn, Captain Rafa and stuck with it and made sure we got a catch. Bonus National Geographic moments included watching iguanas fall out of trees and a freeloading pair of pelicans whose antics won occasional bait treats from the Captain.

Although the fishing wasn’t perfect, we were still able to land a few tarpon! Capt. Vega tried hard all day to get us on the fish. We were even given extra time for the not so lucky one! He was very knowledgeable about the fishing, but also about Puerto Rico in general. He provided drinks, and his boat was clean. Super happy with the day.
