captain was super friendly. took us to spots full of fish. had a 6 hrs trip and caught close to 50 fish of 7 different types if not more. overall 5 star performance of the captain. highly recommended.

Captain Weston may not be the oldest captain in the fleet, but growing up in St. Petersburg makes him as experienced as a 20-year veteran. He was highly knowledgeable about the annual movements of the fish we were targeting and all of the food and nutrients that determine where our catches were and what they were feeding on. He was calling the shots on where to cast and could almost count down the second we were going to get our bites.ย
If you are going to go on a charter with Captain Weston (which I highly recommend), call him a day or two in advance to talk about what the tide is going to be like on the day of your trip to plan the best time to maximize your catch.
