Captain Tim was a fantastic guide for me and my 10 year old son. We are not avid fishermen at all and this was our first chartered fishing trip. We really had no idea what we were doing. We booked a morning trip and woke up to lighting, thunder, and the rain started pouring down! Captain Tim waited around to see what the weather might do to make sure we would be safe out in the water. After the weather looked to be clearing out we made the decision to go out! I am so glad we did!! The Captain made us feel very comfortable on his boat and was so patient with us. I even forgot my phone so I could take pictures of our catch and he was so willing to jump in and use his phone and send them to me!!  Captain Tim, thank you for accommodating us to have such a great experience while teaching us quite a bit in the process. We had a blast and hopefully will be able to make it back next year!!

I bought this trip for a Father’s Day present for my husband. We bought a boat, but do not know where to go because of my husband grew up in east tx. I told capt Tim We really just want to learn the area, general guidance, and to show us a few places. He did not disappoint!  We maxed out on trout and finally had keepers!  It was a lot of fun. I do not think I would do a fully day trip again. I recommend half day.  I look forward to going again when he gets his new boat!!  Thank you captain Tim!

Btw the first thing my 17 year old son says is “thank you for bringing me a long. That was a blast!”

I took a half day trip with Captain Meador and even though the storms cut the trip short I had a blast. He was very helpful and put me on some big fish. This was my first time fishing saltwater and he explained his techniques very well so I wasn’t confused on what to do. I will definitely be back to fish with him next summer!
