On some of our pangas we operate with both a captain and a deckhand for safety, customer support, and better handling of the gear, especially when there are 4 anglers onboard. We understand this can make the space feel tighter, and we appreciate you pointing that out so we can improve future trip setups.

We’re very sorry to hear that you felt the equipment was old or that the crew didn’t work as hard as expected. That is not the standard we aim for, and we will be addressing this directly with the crew. We also want to clarify that we never shorten trips for convenience, and if there was any impression that the trip was cut short, that is something we take very seriously and will review carefully.
