What an amazing trip! Excellent experience on and off the water. Greeted first thing by the staff of Bill Busters which came with gifts for my wife and I for our anniversary, extremely thoughtful. Our captain and deckhand were very friendly and professional and had us out fishing in no time. The boat was spacious with plenty of room to get out of the sun and kept very clean. We had an amazing time on the charter! Mangaed to catch a wide range of fish including Red Snapper, Beeliners, Trigger Fish, Ranibow Runner, Cuban Hogfish, and a Sandbar Shark! The experience exceeded expectations though we wish we could have gone during red snapper season so we could keep those guys, we just couldn’t manage to do the trip at a later date. Captain and crew were Awesome. Put us on the fish pretty quickly. As this was a memorial to our late father the crew had a palm leaf with ribbons for the Red, White and Blue. Quite happy with the variety and quality of the catch. Snapper limit, shark, king, and barracuda on an 8 hour trip. The first mate kept bait in the water and changed tactics frequently to optimize the catch. The boat does not have a/c and was a little warm but ok. Both the captain and first mate were smokers but it really didn’t bother us too much. Overall 5 star on the charter.

You are correct, there is not air conditioning in the open air helm area in this Bertram Express, but there is air conditioning in the closed salon and v-berth in the cabin. I would HIGHLY recommend this charter to everyone to try at least once. The owners greeted us at the dock, introduced us to the crew, and we were underway. We booked for a 12hr but high seas turned it into an 8hr and I still don’t regret it. They put us on fish after fish, and just kept reeling them in. We are all very pleased with everyone involved.
