We booked with Edgardo on the WAHOO 33 the second week in January 2023.  We wanted to specifically target Dorado.  They put us right on them and we had a blast!!  We caught enough to take 20 pounds of vaccu-sealed filets home after we cooked and ate several at our condo.  Captain Carlos and mates Ivan and Christian were first class, and the boat was very comfortable.  Very nice padded lounges in the stern that were big enough to nap on and stay out of the sun, clean head and napping quarters down below as well.  Perfect sportsfisher boat.  Thanks y’all!  We will definitely be back!

We had a great half day trip for 2 fishermen! Booking and the process to get on the boat was seamless. Our captain and first mate, Christian, were top notch on saying what they were going to do, find dinner and then find trophies. We limited out in Mahi within an hr which we wanted for lunch/ dinner at the dock and then took us out deeper to search for Marlin and we found a beautiful Marlin that we fought for a good long hour! Looking forward to going back and also appreciated the recommendation for the restaurant to cook our fresh fish. One of our better meals of the trip!

Really enjoyed our trip. The sunrise was beautiful and peaceful, we drove out pretty far and got a few different nibbles before catching a marlin at the end. The captain and his first mate were both friendly and pointed out whales and other sights to see.

Only thing I would caution is that they did not accept card for final payment. We had to go get cash which delayed things a bit and cost us some fees, but we still got the full amount of time.

Our time on the Wahoo was fantastic. We choose an afternoon sunset trip with 3 hours of fishing. The boat is a Blackfin kept in good shape. Fabulous view of Lands End and the famous Arch as you head out to and from the marina. The seas were fairly rough, but that makes for some good fishing. We were so pleased with our captain Carlos and Christian. We caught 9 Dorado, throwing back the smaller ones to catch another day. And landed a nice sailfish! So fun!!!  Christian cleaned our fish, which we took to The Office beach bar to cook and enjoy. Yum. The icing on the cake was a beautiful sunset to enjoy heading back to the marina. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip.  Kudos to the Wahoo 33, Carlos, and Christian.

I was originally scheduled on the Wahoo 33 but there were engine problems and got switched to Captain Renato and mate Roberto. We only had a 3 hour trip but they knew where to go.  We hooked into 4 marlin and snapped the line on one.  My son who has autism was with me and he just wanted to watch.  However they encouraged and helped him land a fish and it turned into a great experience for him. I recommend them highly.
