From start to finish Capt B made our trip memorable and exciting. The tackle was perfect and provided worry free casting and retrieval. Capt B had some tried and true tricks that put us on the fish. Usually an unsuspected North wind shift would kill the trip, on the contrary, Capt B re-racked and put us right back on the fish. Finishing up, there is a fish cleaning service back at Marker 37 dock that made quick work of the fish cleaning. Thank you B

Captain B Cortez has finesse in driving on the water and Knowledge of the area, it was family like, and exciting, and an experience we will never forget. It was my pleasure taking you and your son’s out fishing. There is nothing better than seeing a father enjoy his day with his son’s and making everlasting memories. This is the reason I chose to be a guide not just to put people on fish but giving them something as simple as just having fellowship with one another. Book this trip! My wife and I had a morning trip with Captain Fil and he had us on the fish all day right from the first cast. Fishing was a little slower later in the morning but we got our limit of redfish in a couple of hours and then moved on to try other things. My brother and I had a fantastic day today with Capt. Fil. It was a pretty tough day of fishing but Fil still put us on some great fish. We had an over slot redfish and several smaller reds and loads of drum and sheepshead (which were excellent pan roasted). Fil was a great captain and a very funny guy. It was a great day fishing with two brothers Clifford and Calvin from Tennessee. They caught their limit and spent the rest of the day just sport fishing. GREAT TRIP!!!! Captain Fil was a great guide from the moment we connected which was 2 months before we even fished. Nothing better than catching everyone’s Red Fish limit in couple hours and still having time to explore the area for a couple other species.
