We’re sorry you feel that way as we always aim to provide an exceptional fishing experience. It is important to note that no one from the crew said you would not catch any fish so we’re unsure where you’re getting that from, perhaps you misunderstood something they said, especially since our trips are fishing precisely, it doesn’t make sense our crew would say that. Additionally, the waves were not at all how you describe them. The coast guard is responsible for preventing any fishing boats if they consider the sea in a bad state and this was clearly not the case since there was no closure or warning, it was open to everyone.

I am the captain in charge of the Samaki boats and we have multiple ones, I obviously cannot be present on every boat since there are simultaneous trips, thus the reason we have a team of captains and crew.

Finally, we understand part of your group got seasick and wanted to return to shore but it was clarified once you leave the marina the trip is non-refundable as it’s part of the policy and was clearly mentioned from the beginning, we’re not responsible for passengers getting seasick and returning to shore.

We’re sorry you feel that way, snacks are included in our 8+ hour trips. We’ve been providing fishing charters for many years and have always been very honest about our work and boats, our more than 130+ 5 star reviews speak for themselves otherwise we wouldn’t be one of most booked boats/charters in the area, we always aim to provide a great experience for all our passengers but unfortunately there are things that are not in our control, the boat’s A/C broke down the day prior to your trip and we weren’t able to fix it on time as it’s no simple task.

Furthermore, I replied to your message at 1:37pm as shown in the picture attached not until the night after as you claim.
