Not so impressed
It has taken me a bit to review this trip because the disappointment was real and I wanted to be fair when I wrote it. The boat was nice and well kept. Ricardo, the captain recognized me immediately in the little marina store which was impressive! We really liked Christian, the boat driver. He was very talkative and interactive. Ricardo wasn’t overly interactive on the boat and I know that it was probably due to frustration. For our trip to be around 4-5 hours. We held a pole for maybe 10 minutes each. We caught one small rooster fish each and then, that was it. The majority of the time was spent driving and looking for live bait. I feel like the bait should be caught pre-trip so that the expedition is actually spent fishing!
Is in yuor rigth do the coment yuo want but i think sanetime is not necessarious is all about fishing and finally we got what yuo want after a hard work looking for the rigth bait (sametime we can get previous of the tours specially sardines the died very easy).They are not a monsters roosterfish but still a roosterisfh out of season for and i think we have a fun day looking for it . May be we have more action if yuo came here for the season of roosterfish December Juannuary February and March here in the pacific side of Costa Rica. Tigth lines Riccardo.
