The crew were excellent and really went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. We chased the fish for 3 hours and just as it seemed it would be a blank day we hooked 2 at the same time! We couldn’t be happier. This was a bucket list day.Paul & Clare 😃

The sea was calm and most of the time the sky was overcast which actually helped, in terms of air temperature. The big-eye tuna had the audacity to avoid us :) even if two fishes in the 40 kg range were hooked by a nearby fishing vessel, a fact which we have witnessed. Plenty of dolphins were seen, some of which came within metres from the boat. The Portuguese man-of-war could be seen at least every ten minutes, with the boat underway. our family of 4 booked a half day with Pedro and Vashko and it delivered the memories! We chased for the first few hours but remained positive and under up persevering, landing a big tuna to end our experience! It was an experience we will never forget, capped with a delicious tuna dinner tonight. We would definitely do this again as a family and Pedro and vashko were awesome and really friendly! Thank you for a great fishing experience in the azores!!!! The Dunlop family.
