Wilmington Amberjack Fishing Charters

On this charter we target the areas inside of 30 miles. We target king mackerel, cobia , mahi, black seabass, snapper and groupers. We start our day off trolling, then go to bottom fish for a wide variety of fish to fill your cooler. Drinking Waters are always avaiable but Bring sumscreen and a cooler with snacks and other beverages, and to bring your fish home.

On this trip, you will go further offshore, where you will troll for King Mackerel, AmberJack, Barracuda and more.

Live bait and trolling for larger fish.

If you're looking for your fix of fishing, then a 6-hour trip is just for you. Head to the nearshore wrecks, where you'll troll, bottom fish, and even try popping to attract the bite of Mackerel, Seabass, Grunt, and many more exciting and delicious fish. Beginners can test the ropes, while avid anglers can land a monster fish, with everyone heading home with a tasty reward.

During this trip, you’ll have a range of around 15-20 miles. We’ll be mainly slow trolling for king mackerel, barracuda, cobia, and the occasional mahi. We will also live bait fish over some wrecks if live bait is available to get.

On this trip, we will be heading up to 10-20 miles offshore. The tactics we will utilize on this trip will be slow trolling dead bait/lures or bump trolling and live lining live bait. For bottom fishing, we’ll use a combination of jigs and cut bait. The range of this trip allows us to pursue King Mackerel, False Albacore, Barracuda, and a shot at Mahi Mahi while trolling. Our targeted bottom fish will be Black Seabass, Grunts, Porgies, Amberjacks, and Cobia.

Inshore and Offshore (weather permitting and upon guest preference (let us know if you get seasick and we can stay inshore). Kids welcome. Trout, Drum, Seabass, Flounder, White Grunt, Bonito, Spanish, and Cobia are our most popular and routine catches. Just a short ride from the inlet, we fish productive reefs, wrecks, and live-bottom areas where bait and predator fish gather.
