South Florida Peacock Bass Fishing Charters

This 5-hour trip is the perfect amount of time for you to spend in the Florida Everglades, backcountry waters of Florida. Choose between 2 possible locations: Upper Key Largo, or the Everglades National Park. You will be able to target the fish of your dreams: Cobia, Goliath Grouper, Permit or Snook – all depending on your desires and the location!

On this full day trip you can make the most of your time fishing for Largemouth Bass, Peacock Bass, Snook, and Tarpon. Drinks, snacks, and top of the line gear are included. Capt. Sam can provide rods for children and fly fishing gear upon request. Just be sure to bring a freshwater fishing license. You can meet Capt. Sam at Markham Park in Miami or Everglades Park, whatever works best for you!

This full-day trip will see you fishing the Everglades for Largemouth and Peacock Bass. Other species you can target are Panfish, such as Bream, Bluegill Crappie, and Oscars. Your trip includes lures, but if you want to use live bait, your guide JP Mckay will show you where you can buy shiners. You'll have to purchase a fishing license before your trip but everything else will be provided, including top-of-the-line Shimano rods and reels. This is a 6-hour trip targeting Largemouth and Peacock Bass. Bass caught must be released after you've taken a photo. Any bycatch can be kept and the captain will clean these for you. You must buy a fishing license before the day and are welcome to bring food and drinks along in a small cooler. The captain provides water and ice. Rods, reels, and artificial bait are included – you can purchase live bait if needed.

This trip is for 6 hours, starts in the morning with departure time being flexible. Bring your friends and family along on an adventure in the Everglades to target Largemouth and/or Peacock Bass. Other fish you may encounter along the way are various types of Panfish.

A 6-hour trip will take you after Largemouth Bass and Peacock Bass. You'll visit one of the local lakes, depending on the current fishing opportunities. This trip is suitable for anglers of all skill levels.

Miami fishing. On these trips, we typically target the Peacock Bass and oftentimes come across bycatch such as Largemouth Bass, Cichlids, Catfish, and even Snook and Tarpon. However, the Peacock Bass is what predominantly keeps the rods bent. The price includes all gear, licenses, live bait, and iced drinks.

On this 6 hour trip you get more time on the water for fishing and exploring the glades. You will be using live bait (shiners) to target Peacock Bass and Largemouth Bass (depending on the season). And while no two trips are the same, anglers have been catching ferocious Tiger Oscar’s, the mighty Bowfin, Florida Gar and different species of Cichlids including the exotic Jaguar Cichlid. Cold drinks, live bait and all fishing equipment is included in the price. All trips are catch and release only.
