Wanchese Bluefish Fishing Charters

This trip takes place in the ocean. You normally stay relatively close to the shore, and target Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Cobia, and Redfish. It provides variety, so if that suits you, this might be just the perfect morning action. The gear is on board, pack your stuff, and come along.

Start your day with some fishing action and explore the sound and the inlet on the flats and reefs. Searching for Trout, Redfish, Sheepshead, Flounder, and whatever you may come across. Morning trips can be the best time to fish. You could be jigging, drifting, and live baiting on this trip.

You and the captain will depart at 6:30 a.m. and have fun chasing Spanish Mackerel, Redfish, Bluefish, as well as Speckled Trout. The captain will take care of all the fishing gear. Bring your snacks and drinks, and the fun can start.

Spend a bit more time on the inshore waters of Wanchese and have fun chasing Striped Bass, Redfish, Flounder, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and trout.

The summer half day trip typically allows plenty of time to find fish, take in some sights and get customers back to their vacation quickly!

Spend 3 hours crabbing, shrimping, or fishing. Once your trip is booked, please message your captain to specify which activities (choose 1 or 2) you'd like to experience on your charter. This will help him properly prepare for your trip! SHRIMPING IS NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL JULY 1

On this trip, we will be fishing around the islands here on the Outer Banks. There will be many different fish species that will be targeted on this trip, including Red drum, Speckled Trout, Bluefish, and Spanish Mackerel. Hope to see you soon to enjoy a day on the water with fun and friends. On this trip, we will primarily target Red Drum and bottom fish. Some trolling may be done for Blues and Spanish Mackerel as well, depending on the tides and wind.

Weather permitting, we will start trolling for Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, & Ribbonfish! We will always look for Cobia depending on the time of year. We can drift for Flounder, Trout, Black Seabass, and croakers! This is a great family trip and the kids are welcome to come! We cannot wait to take you fishing! It is a beautiful cruise to see Duck Island, Bodie Island Lighthouse, dolphins & other local wildlife.

4 hour nearshore trip. 1-4 miles from shore.

Near shore charters are excellent off the coast of the outer banks! We have a lot to offer from just a few miles out of Oregon inlet. Trolling for Spanish mackerel and ribbon fish can be a lot of fun and can be productive. Kids would enjoy this trip due to the variety. Near shore trips can be altered to inshore trips if the weather isn't comfortable for your group.
