Come do battle with some of the biggest fish in Michigan. We will be fishing either body baits or floating skein underneath a bobber in September. All rods have spinning reels with long rods. In October, we bottom bounce beads and yard with spinning reels. All you need is a license and warm clothes, I have all the gear you will need. The peak time where I can guide is Sep 25 - Oct 15 for Salmon. Most of September is on the Betsie.

Best Charter Experience Yet

Our group has been on several charter boats out of Frankfort, and our experience with Mark was by far the best. He's not only incredibly knowledgeable but also personable, which made for an all-around great day on the water. Despite it being early in the season with less-than-promising fishing reports, Mark put us on the fish---we ended up boating eight! We'll definitely will be booking with him again.

Captain Mark took us out on a great evening trip in late season. Fishing wasn’t great but captain put in the work to give my guys the best trip he could under the circumstances. Real fishing is the only Frankfort charter we will use.

We had a fantastic time on Captain Mark’s Real Fishing Charter! Captain Mark was very personable, very knowledgeable about fishing the area and making a memorable experience! We had a few hiccups with the fishing lines yet Captain Mark kept going and we still caught 10 fish! He also had patience with each of us on the boat. Before our trip he communicated effectively and with professional courtesy. We will definitely book again for another trip!!!
