Fort Pierce Cobia Fishing Charters

On this trip, you'll fish the Florida reefs for bottom dwellers such as Barracuda, Cobia, Gag Grouper, King Mackerel, Triggerfish, Mutton Snapper, and Mangrove Snapper. Your captain will provide your fishing gear, as well as your license.

Each trip is tailored to clients request and the bite. You will be able to fish the flats and mangroves for Snook, Redfish, Tripletail, Sheepshead, and Spotted Seatrout, as well as Cobia, Grouper, and other species nearshore if the weather allows.

Take an adventure into the Big Blue. We will spend 5 hours bottom fishing around 10 miles offshore on reefs and wrecks. Our catch will include many Snapper species plus Grouper, Cobia, Triggerfish, Black Seabass, and a wide variety of other fish. Please bring plenty of snacks and drinks (ice and water provided) and also wear clothes in layers as temperature changes are frequent offshore. Bring plenty of sunscreen (no spray please).

Offshore trips start out with trolling in the morning, as the sun rises up you'll switch to drift or bottom fishing over the reefs. In the end, you'll troll a bit more on your way to the shore. On average these trips go up to 6 or 7 miles offshore and allow you to target species like Mahi Mahi,  Blackfin Tuna, Snapper, Grouper, Amberjack, and Sailfish.

This is for the hardcore fisherman! This can be a split trip of half the day trolling for Pelagics such as Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Sailfish and the other half drift bottom fishing for Snapper and Grouper or can be a entire day of just trolling or bottom fishing. The choice is yours. Let us know what you prefer upon booking.

Full day inshore. Bring drinks and snacks. 2 person trip. $70 per person extra up to 4 in total. Bait, tackle and fishing license included.
